Powerplay Case Study 03

Early-stage Brand Building

As a small design agency, Powerplay is often tasked with helping teams at the earliest stages of their evolution to develop or extend their digital brand through web, social, print, and presentation assets.

We worked closely with the Marketing team at Movement to build out an array of early-stage design needs: pitch decks, robust Google Slides library and template, a series of Generative AI user personas, a variety of social media assets and templates, and custom iconography, all of which would better enable their organization to take a bolder approach to leveraging and expressing their brand as they move forward.

Situation

Movement Labs, a company focused on the best and most secure programming language for blockchain builders, struggled to know how best to apply and extend their existing, minimal brand.

Powerplay had some ideas, and we dove in working on solutions.

Action

Our goal was to equip their team by creating a robust presentation deck consisting of multiple slide types and ready-to-use designs that brought in more of the branded elements they had been previously unsure how to use. Seeing the usage of their brand in the 80-slide deck we created inspired the team at Movement Labs to move beyond the cookie-cutter slides they'd previously been using and into a more visually compelling and bolder, branded presentation experience.

As Movement grew, their need for a social media presence also became more urgent. We created a set of branded banner templates for Twitter and LinkedIn that their in-house design team, as well as non-designers, could readily update and maintain.

Using advanced Midjourney promptcrafting, we created a consistently-styled set of Builder user personas.
